Class X, the last day of our last exam in our school.After the end of this examination we will never be able to to sit for exams in this very school. A mixed feeling was creeping inside few of us. A sense of relief from exams, a solitude of leaving the school all of them were accompanying us.
As soon as the exam was over I screamed with joy “Independence Day” and jumped over the bench, landing myself just in front of the school Principal. And the inevitable couldn’t be avoided , he made me standing before his room waiting to be rescued by some other teachers!
Slowly I left the school premises with joy as the movie “McKenna’s Gold” was waiting for me at home. Outside my friends were waiting for me and laughing looking at my wretched condition.
Gone are those days, that’s how we spent our school days everybody segregated from each other with memories leaving behind!
